An IT Support Engineer who manages end-user systems, cloud access, security, and IT assets to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS).

  • Implement and manage hard disk encryption and endpoint security solutions (Antivirus).

  • Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 (user creation, mailbox management, access control).

  • Provide basic support for cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, or other cloud services, including:

  • Resource creation and configuration

  • Basic monitoring and access management

  • Manage laptop and IT asset inventory, allocation, tracking, and audits.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for end users.

  • Ensure compliance with basic IT security policies and best practices.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution when required.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and asset records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in OS installation and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Hard Disk Encryption (BitLocker or equivalent).

  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration

  • Basic understanding of endpoint security and antivirus solutions.

  • Basic cloud knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS/other cloud platforms.

  • Experience in Laptop / IT Asset Management.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT-related degree or diploma.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN).

  • Exposure to IT service management tools or ticketing systems.
