C++ development, or
C#/.NET (Desktop application development)
Strong software engineering fundamentals
Solid object-oriented design and programming concepts
Strong grasp of desktop application architecture patterns
Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and modify large existing codebases
Understanding of threading, memory management, performance tuning, process diagnostics
Strong analytical thinking and learning agility
Experience in AI-assisted development
Good to have Skills
Experience with WPF or similar desktop UI technologies
Windsurf, Augment Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar tools
Semiconductor domain experience
Candidate Profile Most Likely to Succeed
Strong C++ developer from a product company
Strong C# desktop application developer with deep debugging skills
Engineers from CAD/CAM, industrial automation, test & measurement, semiconductor, embedded tools, EDA, medical devices, or scientific software products
