Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with plant heads, O&M teams, and central operations to gather requirements related to operational performance, downtime, and process gaps.

• Analyze existing operating procedures, asset performance data, and maintenance practices to identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct gap analysis between current practices and best-in-class renewable plant operations (e.g., predictive maintenance, digital monitoring, control room practices).

• Design solution frameworks and process improvements (e.g., digital logbooks, work order flows, alarm management, performance dashboards).

• Define requirements for digital tools (SCADA integrations, CMMS/EAM systems, analytics platforms) and coordinate with tech teams for implementation.

• Develop KPIs and dashboards for plant performance, including generation, PLF, PR, availability, downtime analysis, and maintenance efficiency.

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and solution designs for operational workflows.

• Support pilots and rollouts at plant sites, including UAT, field validations, and user feedback collection.

• Conduct training sessions for plant teams on new processes and tools, supporting change management and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or consulting roles linked to power/renewable plants (solar, wind, hydro, or similar industrial operations).

• Strong understanding of plant operations concepts: O&M processes, SCADA, alarms, work orders, reliability/availability metrics, and safety practices.

• Experience gathering requirements from field/plant teams and translating them into structured functional requirements.

• Proven exposure to operations improvement, process optimization, or digital transformation initiatives in industrial/energy environments.

• Ability to work with data from SCADA, CMMS/EAM, or other operational systems; good proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

• Strong documentation and process mapping skills (SOPs, workflows, diagrams).

• Excellent communication, with comfort interacting with both field staff and senior management.

Nice-to-Have:

• Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Energy) preferred.

• Exposure to safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in power/renewable sectors.
