Job Description:

• Requirements Leadership: Lead the discovery, elicitation, and documentation of complex business requirements for large-scale enterprise projects. Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and technical workflows.

• Core Systems Optimization: Utilize deep knowledge of financial services technology (e.g., Empower, FIS, Jack Henry, or similar Core Banking platforms) to oversee system enhancements, data mapping, and integrations.

• Agile Product Delivery: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and define clear Acceptance Criteria to ensure delivery aligns with business value.

• Process Engineering: Analyze "As-Is" business processes and design "To-Be" states that eliminate friction, reduce operational risk, and enhance the member experience.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with executive leadership and third-party fintech vendors. Communicate project health, risks, and technical constraints to non-technical audiences.

• Data-Driven Insights: Use SQL and data visualization tools to perform gap analysis, validate data integrity during migrations, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Quality Assurance & UAT: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including test planning, execution oversight, and defect management to ensure zero-defect production launches.

• Digital banking implementations, or regulatory/compliance-driven projects (BSA/AML, KYC).
