The Business Analyst role focuses on analysing and optimizing business workflows, driving change initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as on-ground point of contact for contractor representatives and enterprise project personnel

• Identify,document, and communicate operational issues and user pain points to product development teams

• Provide hands-on support to non-technical stakeholders in using digital tools and      web interfaces

• Coordinate real-time issue resolution and product operations support

• Translate ground-level feedback into actionable insights for product improvements

• Bridge communication between field operations and technical development teams

Requirements

• Experience working in remote/field locations

• Proven experience coordinating with non-technical stakeholders in operational settings

• Strong track record in digital transformation initiatives

• Background in business-side product management or product operations

• Experience with mobile/web application operations and web interfaces

• Demonstrated ability to hand-hold non-tech-savvy users through digital adoption

• High bias for action with strong execution capabilities

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with earned trust from ground teams

• Curious mindset with ability to dive deep into operational challenges

• Must be based out of or willing to relocate to Khavda/Jaisalmer

Good to Have

• Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects

• Exposure to real estate, energy, or infrastructure sectors

• Prior work with digital tools/platforms in construction, energy, or infrastructure domains
