Roles and responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of experience in a devops role

• Design infrastructure and CI/CD workflows

• Automate infrastructure provisioning for multiple environments using Terraform and Cloudformation

• Improve platform efficiency by implementing dynamic autoscaling for Kubernetes workloads with Karpenter and HPA

• Perform cost optimization efforts, providing estimations and implementing resource right-sizing for serverless components, resulting in reduced cloud spend.

• Implement code scanners for quality and security.

• Improve infrastructure security using WAF, and Guard Duty.

• Improve software development workflow by setting up a local environment and test suite.

• Perform incident management by identifying root cause and recommending solutions.

• They must have migrated from GCP to AWS and should have setup monitoring and configured relevant alerts in AWS cloudwatch.
